Welcome to Harmony Homes of Marvin Baker Property, LLC. Our journey began in 2011 when Laura and I took a leap of faith and bought our first rental home in Texas. Inspired by our initial success, we quickly expanded our portfolio by purchasing a duplex, a strategic move that helped us reduce our living costs significantly.

Life threw us a curveball in 2012 when military orders forced us to relocate, but we faced the challenge head-on. Despite the properties struggling to attract buyers for nearly a year, we pivoted to renting them out, and thus, our unexpected venture into property management was born.

As we traveled from one military duty station to another, we didn't just build a life—we built a business. Each new location was an opportunity, leading us to own homes across four different duty stations. Our passion for properties didn't stop at the necessities of day-day housing; we also realized our dream of owning vacation homes in the breathtaking red-rock landscapes of Sedona, Arizona, and the serene shores of Kure Beach, North Carolina.

Each home we've acquired is a chapter in our story, a story of embracing change and finding opportunities in challenges.
